Samhain Ritual Bottle

Samhain ritual bottles are especially powerful on Samhain night, when the veil is at its thinnest, though they may be used at any time of year. They are intended to help dispel darkness, move between worlds, and journey beyond the veil’s edge. Open your spiritual consciousness to the Otherworld, and use a little in your own spells or rituals for new beginnings, releasing the past, and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Place on your altar during Samhain rituals; sprinkle around candles or incorporate into spellwork. Toss or blow into the wind to release past traumas and troubles, while inviting blessings for the new year. Samhain marks the beginning of the Wheel of the Year.
You may also toss the contents into a bonfire while setting your intentions. There are many other ways to use this ritual bottle—let your creativity and intuition guide you.

Before use, take a quiet moment to hold the bottle in your hands and focus on the intention you wish to release or welcome. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and handle the contents with care. If using near candles or a bonfire, follow appropriate fire safety practices and keep the bottle out of reach of children and pets.
