We will NOT issue refunds or store credit without an unboxing video to verify the condition of the items.
If you have issues with your package, contact us within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise, you forfeit your right to dispute.
We only address after-sales issues for damaged goods or missing items. We are not responsible for personal preferences or dissatisfaction.
No refunds for orders with incorrect addresses or phone numbers. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but please contact us if such an issue arises, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping and delivery policy

Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Orders of $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
If you're located in the Cornwall, Ontario area, you're welcome to arrange a pickup of your order from our residence during the evenings or on alternate weekends when I'm off from my other job. To select this option, simply choose "free pickup in Cornwall" at checkout.
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with Canada Post for all our shipping needs. Please allow up to 7 days for order processing and packaging after payment (this does not include shipping time). Typically, shipping takes between 6 to 20 business days; however, please be aware that delays may occur due to strikes, COVID-19, or adverse weather conditions.
Our shipping cost covers a percentage of the packaging materials and shipping, ensuring your order is carefully and efficiently packed for safe arrival.
