What are my delivery Options?

We offer shipping through Canada Post, or you can opt for free local pickup if you are in the area of Cornwall, Ontario. Simply select "Free Pick-up in Cornwall" at checkout.

Please be aware that pick-up hours are from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, and on weekends when I am not working another job. To arrange the most convenient pick-up time for your order, please contact us via email and include your order number.

Unpaid pickup orders will be held for two weeks before being returned to stock, unless you request an extension and it is approved.

Any form of misappropriation of our content is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly promise payment upon pickup but fail to follow through. When to expect the order to be shipped out?

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation. Please note that this timeframe does not include the shipping duration once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer a refund or exchange if something is broken or missing?

After-Sales Policy:

Refunds will not be issued without an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the items you received.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

How do I know I'm getting real Crystals?

I am committed to sourcing my crystals from reputable wholesalers and directly from Canadian-owned mines where possible. You can trust that any man-made, dyed, or synthetic crystals will be labeled for your peace of mind.

Why does my crystal not look the same as the one that I ordered on your website?

Crystals come in a stunning and vibrant array of colors, intricate shapes, and various sizes, with each one possessing its own unique and captivating beauty that can truly mesmerize anyone who appreciates them. Please note that the images displayed on our site of a specific Crystal you are ordering (for example, an Amethyst cluster) represent examples of the exquisite crystals available, rather than the exact specimen you will receive. Rest assured, your chosen crystal is just as beautiful and unique as those shown in the images, and it holds equal or even higher value, ensuring that you will be delighted with your purchase.

How do I cleanse or charge my crystals?

Crystals need regular cleansing and charging, especially with frequent use. The more you work with them, the more often they require refreshment.

There are several effective methods for cleansing your crystals. While some can be purified with natural spring water, others may be damaged by water. I recommend avoiding methods like burying them in the dirt, as this can be effective but messy. Instead, consider using music or Selenite for cleansing:

* Music: Tibetan or crystal singing bowls can restore your crystals to their original state, making them excellent options for both cleansing and charging.

* Selenite or Himalayan Salt: These materials are ideal for cleansing other crystals. Simply lay your crystals on or around Selenite or Himalayan Salt overnight for effective cleansing. Personally, I use a Selenite plate and place my crystal jewelry on it each night until morning.

For charging, you can expose your crystals to moonlight or sunlight; however, be cautious with sunlight, as it may fade some stones. My favorite method is using Tibetan singing bowls, as they cleanse and charge your crystals simultaneously. <3
