How to Use It Safely
- Prepare: Hold a fireproof shell or ceramic bowl beneath the stick to catch falling embers.
- Light It: Light the top tip of the 8-inch stick with a match or lighter. Let it burn for a few seconds.
- Blow Out the Flame: Gently blow out the open flame so the bundle smolders and produces a steady stream of fragrant smoke.
- Direct the Smoke: Walk slowly around your space. Guide the smoke into corners, doorways, and around windows where energy feels stuck.
- Set Your Focus: Keep a calm mind and focus on your intention to clear out bad feelings and invite peace.
- Extinguish: Press the lit end firmly into sand or a heat-proof dish until the ember is completely out. Ensure no hidden sparks remain before storing it.
